Early Bird Registration – Delegates must have registered and paid by 8 February 2019 to be eligible for the early bird registration. Payment not received by COB 8 February 2019 will revert to the standard rate.

Refunds and Cancellations

The Conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Thursday 1 March. Registration cancellation received between Friday 2 March 2018 and Thursday 15 March 2018 will receive 50% refund on the registration fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday 16 March 2018.


All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.

Insurance – It is the responsibility of delegate’s to arrange their own travel insurance. The Conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
