Inclusions

Full Registration
Full registration includes all conference sessions, meals for the duration of the conference (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea), attendance at the welcome reception, conference handbook and access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts after the conference.
Day Registration
Day Rate Registration will include conference sessions for the day, meals for the nominated day (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea), conference handbook and access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts after the conference. Please note the Day Registration does not include the welcome reception. Tickets can be purchased through the registration page.

Workshops
Delegates are invited to participate in a 90 minute interactive workshop on Friday 13 April from 3:30pm – 5:00pm. Workshops places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Welcome Reception
The welcome reception form part of the networking opportunity available to delegates.  The welcome reception take place at the end of the first day from 5:00 – 6:30 pm. The cost of the welcome reception is included in full and concession registrations only. If you are attending for the day you can purchase a ticket to the welcome reception through the registration form.

Conditions
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.

Payment Conditions
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.

The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
All registrations received after Thursday 29 March 2018 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.

Refunds and Cancellations
The Conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Friday 2 March. Registration cancellation received between Saturday 3 March 2018 and Thursday 15 March 2018 will receive 50% refund on the registration fee.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday 16 March 2018.

Accommodation
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.

Insurance – It is the responsibility of delegate’s to arrange their own travel insurance. The Conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
